SERIES 32XP - Designed for non-vacuum flash mixing of Sodium Hypochlorite, chlorine solution, or Sodium Bisulfite into open channels or basins. The mixer utilizes a rotating Hasteloy-C propeller to disperse the chemical mix in an axial discharge pattern. The units are supplied with X-Proof motors for CSO or SSO basins requiring Class 1, Division 1 rated motors.  SERIES 35F - Designed for non-vacuum flash mixing of liquid chemicals into pipelines from 6" up to 36". The mixer utilizes a UHMW Polyethylene rotating distributor to disperse the chemical mix in a 360 degree radial discharge pattern.  SERIES 35FP - Designed for non-vacuum flash mixing of liquid chemicals into into pipelines from 6" to over 100". The mixer utilizes a rotating Hasteloy-C propeller to disperse the chemical mix in an axial discharge pattern.  *Both SERIES 35F & 35FP units are inserted through a PG-1 flanged packing gland and can be inserted or extracted from the pipeline via an IR-1 extraction device without the need for pipeline shut down. SARAPE blankets are not designed to overfeed gas or eliminate evaporator systems. The blankets are industrial grade, strap on removable heat blankets, fabricated of extreme wear resistant heavy duty fiberglass woven mesh non-metallic outer shell coated with Teflon and Silicon for outdoor waterproof service in corrosive areas.   The SARAPE blankets are not rated for hazardous or explosive areas.   Optional control panels are available for multiple blanket applications or for preset ambient temperature on/off control.
