Chemical Induction High Rate Mixing Systems 1-281-648-8703 GAS MASTRRR SERIES 32PT The GAS MASTRRR Series 32PT submersible design allows liquid chemicals to be non-vacuum flash mixed directly into the water stream, channel, chamber, or rapid mix box with superior velocity gradient mixing intensity. The units are available with an optional Titanium external feed style for high scaling or aggressive chemicals. Units may be installed in an upstream or down stream orientation depending on the chemical and application. They easily install with new or retrofit with existing chemical feed equipment. Stainless steel guide rails and lifting crane/hoists are available for easy retrieval of the unit for maintenance inspection. The GAS MASTRRR Series 32PT utilizes a rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured submersible motor of 316 stainless steel construction and a Titanium lower housing for long-term duty submerged environments. The Hasteloy-C propeller is designed for high rate axial dispersion of chemicals into the water stream. The Series 32PT units are available in ranges from 2 - 25HP for feed rates up to 70 GPM liquid chemical. The GAS MASTRRR Series 32PT utilizes a rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured submersible motor of 316 stainless steel construction for long-term duty in harsh submerged environments. The motors are liquid filled, water cooled, and are available for three phase service with a variety of VAC voltage options. SUBMERSIBLE NON-VACUUM LIQUID CHEMICAL MIXER Series 32PT 2HP Series 32PT 3 - 25HP *25 HP used for extreme applications where additional mixing intensity is required in large width or high flow rate channels. *Maximum feed rate may vary dependent on chemical feed equipment manufacturers meter pump capacities, supply piping size, length, and chemical viscosity. A larger HP CIU may be required to meet mixing (G-value) requirements. HP range is selected by chemical feed rate, channel cross sectional area, peak flow rate, and (G-value) mixing requirement. The Series 32PT is supplied standard with a rotating propeller made of Hasteloy-C for non-vacuum liquid chemical applications. The direct through feed system allows the chemical to be induced upstream of the propeller and provides an unobstructed high rate axial dispersion of chemicals into the water stream. The housing/feed port is machined from Grade 2 Titanium. The Series 32PT can be supplied with an optional external feed pipe system. The external feed pipe allows for heavy scaling or aggressive chemicals to be dispersed away from the unit, reducing maintenance and the potential for scale buildup or chemical attack of the motor and or guide rail system. The optional external feed pipe is available in 3/4” upto 2” sizes for low gph or high gpm liquid feed applications.
