GAS MASTRRR SERIES 32XP 

The GAS MASTRRR Series 32XP explosion proof submersible mixers are designed for flash mixing of Chlorine solution or Sodium Hypochlorite into SSO & CSO basins for storm water or wastewater overflow high rate disinfection. The non-vacuum design allows liquid chemicals to be flash mixed directly into in small or large channels and basins. The mixer is available in ranges from 3 - 25HP for feed rates up to 70 GPM liquid chemical per unit. The 32XP utilizes a Hasteloy-C propeller which provides a high GPM axial chemical dispersion for superior velocity gradient mixing. The GAS MASTRRR Series 32XP utilizes a rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured submersible explosion proof motor with an epoxy coated cast iron construction for long-term duty in harsh environments. The motors are air filled and cooled for 230 or 460 VAC three phase service. Standard motor features include high temperature and seal failure moisture detection sensors. The motors explosion proof rating is (FM Listing) Class 1, Groups C&D for hazardous locations. The optional external feed system allows for heavy scaling chemical to be dispersed away from the unit reducing maintenance and the potential for binding of the motor. Stainless steel guide rails and lifting crane/hoists are available for easy retrieval of the unit for maintenance inspection.

*25 HP used for extreme applications where additional mixing intensity is required in large width or high flow rate channels. *Maximum feed rate may vary dependent on chemical feed equipment manufacturers meter pump capacities, supply piping size, length, and chemical viscosity.  A larger HP CIU may be required to meet mixing (G-value) requirements. HP range is selected by chemical feed rate, channel cross sectional area, peak flow rate, and (G-value) mixing requirement.
