INTRUDRRR SERIES 35F & 35FP
The INTRUDRRR Series 35F & 35FP are flanged/in-line high rate mixers
designed for flash mixing of liquid chemicals into pipelines or closed
conduits. They easily install vertically or horizontally through 6”, 8”, or larger
ANSI flanges providing superior velocity gradient mixing intensity in 6” and
larger pipelines. The in-line mixers are supplied with a 316 stainless steel
knife gate valve, packing gland flange (PG-1) & insertion/retraction system
(IR-1) for unit installation and removal from the pipeline under pressure/flow
conditions.
They are designed for non-vacuum flash mixing of liquid chemicals into
pressured lines when chemical metering pumps are used to supply the
chemicals and overcome pipeline head pressure. Two isolated chemical
feed ports for multiple chemical feed applications are supplied standard.
They have a close coupled rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured
BALDOR TEFC severe duty chemical process motor for indoor or outdoor
service in corrosive environments.
The in-line mixer is process water lubricated and is provided with an air
release valve ported to the barrel.
The Series 35F has a UHMW Polyethylene *Tivar distributor that produces a
high GPM 360 degree radial dispersion of the chemical mix in small
diameter pipelines.
The Series 35FP has a Hasteloy-C propeller that produces a high GPM
axial dispersion of the chemical mix in medium to large diameter pipelines.
The INTRUDRRR Series 35F & 35FP are available in 3 - 25HP ranges for
feed rates up to 70 GPM of liquid chemicals.
NOTE: 6” concrete lined pipe stubs may require concrete removal to allow
barrel to insert smoothly.

*Maximum feed rate may vary dependent on chemical feed equipment manufacturers meter pump capacities, supply piping size
and length, chemical viscosity, and the pipeline pressure. A larger HP CIU may be required to meet mixing (G-value) requirements.
HP range is selected by chemical feed rate, pipeline size, peak pipeline flow rate, and (G-value) mixing requirement.

BALDOR TEFC Severe Duty motors provide an extra measure of
weather and chemical protection in a NEMA Premium® energy
efficient design. The motors are foot mounted with a C-Face.
BALDOR motors are made in the U.S.A.
The IR-1 Insertion/Retraction assembly utilizes a 2,000 lb. rated split
reel worm gear winch to pull the CIU in and out of the packing gland
and pipeline. The worm gear design is self braking and holds the
CIU in place during operation. All materials of construction are 316
stainless steel including sheave, wire rope, wire rope clamps, bolts,
nuts, and washers. The split reel worm gear winch is black epoxy
coated.
The PG-1 packing gland compression design utilizes Teflon packing
rope and provides a water tight seal around the barrel of the CIU in
low and high pressure pipeline applications. All materials of
construction are 316 stainless steel including bolts and washers.
The Fabri-Valve Figure C67 features a unique, patented*, perimeter
seal that provides bi-directional shutoff. The valve construction is
316 stainless steel with Viton seat. Valve sizes 6”, 8”, or larger for
ANSI flange mounting.
