INTRUDRRR Series 35FP description The INTRUDRRR series 35FP is a flanged/in-line high rate mixer designed for non-vacuum flash mixing of liquid chemicals into pipelines or closed conduits. They easily install vertically or horizontally through 6”or 8” ANSI flanges providing superior velocity gradient mixing intensity in pipelines 6” and larger in size. They are supplied with a PG-1 316 stainless steel flanged packing gland and IR-1 insertion/retraction system for unit installation and removal from the pipeline under pressure/flow conditions. Optional 316 stainless steel knife gate valves may be supplied in 6” or larger flange sizes. Larger flange sizes are available. The series 35FP is designed for mixing liquid chemicals into low or high pressured lines. They are supplied standard with two isolated chemical feed ports for multiple chemical feed applications. The mixers utilizes a close coupled rugged and reliable U.S.A. manufactured TEFC severe duty chemical process motor for indoor/outdoor service in corrosive environments. The mixers are available in 2 - 25 HP ranges for feed rates up to 70 GPM liquid chemical per unit.

The INTRUDRRR series 35FP utilizes a Hasteloy-C mixing element for a high GPM axial dispersion of the chemical mix in small or large diameter pipelines.

The INTRUDRRR series 35FP is supplied with a PG-1 316 stainless steel flanged packing gland and IR-1 insertion/retraction system for unit installation and removal from the pipeline under pressure/flow conditions.
