GR-1 & GR-2 GUIDE RAIL SYSTEMS The GR-1 & GR-2 guide rail systems are designed for use with the GAS MASTRRR series submersible chemical induction units. The guide rails are constructed from 316 stainless steel materials for long term duty in harsh water, wastewater, or CSO basin installations. The dual rail system allows the motor slide bracket to easily lower and raise without binding and provides support for the ciu as it stops in a vertical, horizontal, or pivoting position. The GR-1 & GR-2 rails are available with stand off support brackets for wide channels applications. Options include: Integral davit cranes, floor flange supports, and dual unit systems for side by side ciu applications. The GR-1 guide rail system uses dual 1-1/2" angle rails to form a narrow 5" wide guide rail. It is normally used with submersible 1/2 - 2 HP units. The GR-2 guide rail system uses dual 1-5/8" uni-strut rails to form a 13.5" wide guide rail. It is normally used with submersible 3- 25 HP units.

 

SS42-250 DAVIT CRANE The SS42-250 integral davit crane is used with submersible series 32, 32PT, and 32XP chemical induction units. The 2” square tube backbone of the guide rail extends to form the davit crane mast above grade level. The top mounted socket slides over the mast forming the davit crane. The crane is designed for applications were walkway space is minimal, fiberglass or aluminum walkways that can not support floor socket bases, or wide channels were a side mounted crane requires a long boom reach.

 

SS42-500 DAVIT CRANE The SS42-500 portable davit crane is used with the submersible series chemical induction units for easy installation and removal for maintenance inspection. The crane is supplied with a pedestal base for flush or side wall mounting. The crane rotates 360 degrees for ease in installing or removing a CIU. Adjustable boom angle and extension provides the reach needed for CIU channel installations. The crane mast, boom, and base are constructed of 316 stainless steel. The winch options include a zinc plated or 304 stainless steel spur gear winch with brake for load control. 316 stainless steel 1/4” wire rope lifting cable and eye clip are standard with each winch. The SS42-500 portable davit cranes easily install with new or retrofit with existing chemical induction unit installations.

 

SS42-2000 DAVIT CRANE The SS42-2000 davit crane is used with heavy submersible series 32, 32PT, and 32XP chemical induction units or for applications requiring an extra long boom reach. The 304 stainless steel spur gear winch with brake for load control is rated for 2,000 lb. lifting operation.

 

OR-1 EXTERNAL OIL RESERVOIR The GAS MASTRRR Series 32 & 32PT require periodic inspection of the oil level for maintenance. In many applications the CIU is not easily accessible or requires a chemical feed shutdown. The optional OR-1 allows for oil inspection and addition with out the hassle of access or CIU shut down. The OR-1 mounts external to the CIU and is ported to the motor and oil reservoir via a 1/4" 316 stainless steel hydraulic hose. Standard length of hose is 25' with longer lengths optional. The OR-1 has a 10 VA float switch that closes on descending level. The switch may be wired in series with the SAVVY control panel for alarm or CIU shut down if required. The OR-1 easily install with new or retrofit to existing GAS MASTRRR installations.

 

PT-100/SOLO TEMPERATURE SENSOR & CONTROLLER The GAS MASTRRR Series 32 & 32PT can be supplied with an optional PT-100 temperature sensor & controller for maximum submersible motor protection. The PT100 is a precision platinum wire resistor that is embedded in the submersible motor and provides direct readout of motor temperature. A (3 wire) PVC jacketed control lead is run from the submersible motor to the above ground SOLO temperature controller located in the SAVVY panel, MCC, or enclosure. The SOLO is a high performance micro-processor based smart temperature indicator/controller with relay output for control and alarm. The SOLO has selectable °F/°C temperature readout on the bright 4 digit LED display. Alarm relay has LED indication and programmable trip point. The PT100/SOLO is not approved as motor overload protection. Motor warranty will be void if Factory approved motor overload protection and SYMCOM motor monitoring devices are not installed as required by THE MASTRRR COMPANY.

FX-1 FLEXIBLE FEED HOSE The GAS MASTRRR series submersible and INTRUDRRR series inline mixers can be supplied with PVC wire reinforced flexible feed hoses. The hoses are supplied with quick disconnect cam & groove fittings for ease in removal. CL-1 FLEXIBLE HOSE/POWER CORD CLAMP The CL-1 clamps are designed for use with the GAS MASTRRR series submersible chemical induction units to secure the flex hose and power cable to the lifting wire rope. This eliminates the potential of damage to the hose or cable in high velocity water flows. The clamps are constructed from 316 stainless steel materials for long term duty in harsh water, wastewater, or CSO basin installations. The u-bolt must be specified for 3/4” - 2” hose size.
